Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

2. Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees)

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Return Window for Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided, you must contact us to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

4. Return Process

To report a faulty or damaged item:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault or damage.
  3. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault or was damaged in transit, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Studio Pigeon Creek covers 100% of the return shipping costs for valid warranty or consumer guarantee claims. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for valid returns of faulty items.

6. Refunds and Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm the fault, we will notify you via email.

  • If a major fault is confirmed, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item.
  • Approved refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to clear into your account, depending on your financial institution.
